Resolved Question: What are the future implications on a dismissed/expunged red light traffic infraction?

I was cited for a red light violation in Pasadena, CA (my first one of any kind ever, never got into trouble with law whatsoever). I paid the fines and attended traffic school to keep the points from being added to my record with successful certification of completion. 1) Do I need to divulge this traffic infraction on future employment application forms (private companies and/or federal agency employers) or insurance company before the 3 year time period? 2) Does enrolling in traffic school erase/expunge the citation from DMV records forever?
